Your expertise.
Expand your capacity to act.

Donki is your digital right hand, set up on your own computer. He brings in the skills you now hire out or leave undone: research, numbers, writing, software. Your office becomes more self-reliant, clearer and easier to steer. With your expertise at the wheel.

What becomes possible

  • Overview

Donki reads what is on your computer and turns it into one map. You see where the work flows, where it stalls and what it costs.

  • Files and clients

What is scattered across mail, folders and programs comes together. Per client, per file, with the latest step attached.

  • Writing

Quotes, reports, letters and proposals, in your words. First drafts to review, with a second reader included.

  • Your own software

Small programs made for your office: a calculator, a link between systems, a check. Donki writes them. You do not have to become a programmer.

Meet Donki

You have the knowledge, the people and the software. The work sits in between.

Data spread across mail, folders and programs. Retyping from one system into the next. Agreements that only live in people's heads. Donki sits right there in between: a digital colleague who reads, prepares and asks first.

  1. He reads
    What you point to

Files, mail, calendar, numbers and the programs you already have. Nothing more.

  2. He prepares
    What you ask for

A proposal, a report, an overview, a calculator. First drafts, for you to review.

  3. He asks first
    Every task, every time

He says what he is going to do. Without your yes, nothing changes.

The overview

Stop working between your programs. Stand above them.

Your mail, your folders, your accounting, your calendar, your Excel: each program knows its own piece. Nobody sees the whole. Donki reads all of them, on your computer, and turns them into one map. On that map, you decide.

  1. Flows
Where the work comes from and where it goes

From request to invoice, with every handover in between made visible.

  2. Standstill
    Where it waits

Files without a next step, mails without a reply, agreements without an owner.

  3. Cost
What one service really costs you

Hours, manual work and rework added up, per service and per client.

  4. Boundary
    Your office, from your computer

Donki reads what you point to, on your workstation. The overview belongs to you.

The principle

You do not have to master everything yourself

to achieve far more yourself.

Donki brings the technical power. Kris the guidance. That is how what you want becomes what you can.

And once you experience what you can, what you dare grows too.

How it works

No extra platform. A right hand on your own computer.

No new program to learn and no central server. Your office keeps working the way it works. One right hand is added, on your workstation and under your account.

  1. Set up on your workstation.

Kris installs Donki on your own computer and sets him up, in your folders and programs. Donki learns the terms of your trade: clients, files, deadlines, rules. And he remembers them.

  2. You say what you want to achieve.

In plain words, like you would to a colleague at the next desk. An overview of the open files. A proposal for a client. An analysis of what one service really costs you.

  3. Donki investigates and prepares.

He reads, sorts, calculates and writes. Then he lays out what he found, with the source attached, so you can check every step. What he is not sure of, he says.

  4. You decide. Only then.

You weigh it with your expertise and say yes, no or differently. Only then does Donki act. What works becomes a standing practice of your office.

What he adds

You have the expertise. The skills come on top.

Expertise is not what you lack. Time and technique for research, numbers, writing, design and software are. Those you get on top, without waiting for a specialist at every step. And where a specialist is really needed, you arrive better prepared.

Research

Where does our time actually go?

Files, numbers, mail and markets. Donki reads what is already there and shows what nobody had added up yet.

An accountant in Portugal works with three programs that each work well. First the office was mapped, with the manual work in between. Now clients understand what the office does before they even talk.

Surely there is no program for that?

Tools, calculators and links between the programs you already have. Built around how your office works. You do not have to become a programmer.

Preparing decisions

What happens if I do this?

Weighing consequences, making risks visible, options side by side with what they cost. Donki does not decide. Strategy determines technology, not the other way round.

After six rounds of calculation, the real estate expert chose fixed prices instead of hours.

In practice

Professionals who can do more than last year.

You only believe something is possible when you see someone from your own world do it. Professionals in Belgium and the Netherlands, with what now runs differently. And a film that shows how far it reaches.

Get started

Understand first. Then invest. You decide.

First a conversation: what do you want to achieve, what runs today, who decides? Then a first assignment at a fixed price: Donki on your workstation and, together, the map of your office. After that you know what you take on yourself, what Donki takes over and what calls for a bigger decision.

  1. Ownership
Your account, your computer, your rules

Donki only sees what you point to. No free access to all your business systems.

  2. Boundary
Start on your workstation, not across your whole organisation

A company-wide rollout is a separate decision, with its own owner and its own path. Direction via kriscoelus.com.

  3. Independent

The engine may change. Even without us, your ways of working and your files remain yours.
